First CH Tools Publisher Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of First CH Tools (tools.first-ch.com), the free public tool suite operated by First CH LLC, including the TikTok video publishing feature "First CH Tools Publisher" (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1 — The Service
The Service is a set of free, sign-up-free public tools: browser-only utilities (image conversion, contrast checking, character counting, etc.) and First CH Tools Publisher, which lets any TikTok creator publish their own videos to their own TikTok account directly from a desktop browser.
2 — Intellectual Property
Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Service (text, design, code) belong to First CH LLC or its rightful owners. Content you upload or post through the Service remains yours — we do not store or inspect it.
3 — Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Service to violate any law or public order, infringe the rights of First CH LLC or third parties, interfere with the operation of the Service, or post content that violates the terms or community guidelines of a connected platform (e.g. TikTok).
4 — First CH Tools Publisher (TikTok)
You are solely responsible for the content, audience/visibility setting, and rights clearance of anything you publish to TikTok through First CH Tools Publisher. We do not store or inspect your videos or access tokens — we only relay the authorization code (see our Privacy Policy for details).
5 — Disclaimer
We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Service, nor availability affected by changes or outages on connected platforms. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service, except where caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
6 — Changes to or Suspension of the Service
We may change or suspend the Service at any time without prior notice.
7 — Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms when necessary. Revised Terms take effect once posted on this page.
8 — Personal Information
Handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
9 — Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the Service.
